How is Scout different from other travel apps?
There are primarily two types of apps used for travel research. We address them below: 1. Social media apps (i.e. Tiktok, Instagram) On Scout, information is organized by location and interest, which helps you find exactly what you are looking for more quickly and intuitively. Scout is also specifically designed for travel and travel advice, which tunes out the noise. 2. Dedicated travel apps (i.e. TripAdvisor, Wanderlog) Many other travel apps are incentivized to promote paid experiences because they make money from commissions. By making money from primarily ads, we ensure that the travel advice on Scout is not biased.
